Imagine a world where there's no people. Or at least not as you know them. Life as you know it doesn't make sense here, and all the things that don't make sense come to terrorize your monkey brain if you try to use your normal senses here.

This is a silver land, made of gleaming mercury and steel, millions of years in the far future. A land you cannot even imagine, comparable to a Stone Age man being asked to comprehend the modern day. Here, there walk inter-dimensional beings, giant insects with a thousand eyes and a million hands, great gusts of wind that come to life and hunt the long yellow plant-aliens for meat. This is a world without mankind, for what might have passed for 'man' in your time is now so far ahead of you that such comparisons are impossible. Before this painting, you are no different from the cave man in a zoo, watching strange aliens look back at you.

"You may say I'm a dreamer

But I'm not the only one

I hope someday you'll join us

And the world will be as one"
